Here's my experience. 2004 GU Patrol. 290,000km glow plug replacement. Striped all out of the way and soaked with WD40 on a hot motor. Reassembled all and drove for one day. Day 2; removed everything and all 4 plugs just came out with no effort. New plugs in and all good. Eazy Peezy.

please soak them them with lots of wd 40 before hand,even slow pressure when undoing nearly a great vid.
