This challenge was more than just a physical glow up, this challenge also helped me glow up mentally, emotionally and spiritually. The final week was about solidifying all my good habits before 2025.
On EP3: Back to my GYM ROUTINE. Meal prep and EATING BETTER. I MOVED AGAIN! Had a young apartment glow up. Collected my art piece from CREATE LONEHILL. Deep cleaned my couch with PRIME MERIT HYGIENE. Did some maintenance at LONJA BEAUTY STUDIO. Another PEP HOME HAUL. Cut my hair with LEGENDS BARBER for the first time.
