My tip is to put lotion on after a shower/on wet skin or use a body oil after a shower and then lotion! Super hydrating & makes ur skin super smooth!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻 luv ur vid

Thanks for the motivation ❤ BTW i learned that rosemary is good for your hair BUT it is not good for leaving it in the hair like a conditioner. A treatment with rosemary oil can cause hair loss if the oil stays on your scalp for too long. You can google it but thats just what i learned about hair care. Rosemary oil is more efective, if you treat your scalp with it, befor you clean your hair. You can leave it in your hear for about an hour before you go in the shower and then just wash it off. The main goal is to keep you scalp clean and hydrated. So why would you put so much oil on your scalp right after cleaning it? Maybe thats the reason for your hair loss. 🤷🏼‍♀️ love 💕
