I had pitriyasis rosea when I was in campus, I was 21 or 22 at the time, the best advice is what you just said let your skin just skin. It clears out eventually, with just a bit of hyperpigmentation cause of our dark skin, but nothing to make you lose sleep

I contracted this infection back when I was in 11th grade (i'm a junior in college now), and I remember I was so embarrassed whenever people look at my arms it looked like i had some kind of infectious skin disease. Looking back, I wish I was able to come across videos like this so I'd know this was nothing to be embarrassed of. Let skin be skin. Hey Chelsea, you are a realist and that's what I love about your videos. I used to have insecurities over my strawberry skin, figuring out how I can achieve a glass-look skin. I have acne spots and hyperpigmentation. However, it doesn't mean that I hate how I look. I am beautiful just the way I am. I belive that if I can augment my skin a lil bit and be proud of the change , that's more than enough. I love the way my skin looks.
