Mahnoor loved all the essentials in your bag just one thing don't put sanitary pads or panty pads with your perfume or makeup together it could cause severe irritation, itching and I know nowadays there are alot of pads with perfume in it please do try not to use them try to use organyc pads, you can add a pouch labeled as sanitary pouch with sanitary pads, panadol, bandage,a spray sanitizer a must, I carry three pouches in my university bag and it really helps a touch up bag, sanitary bag/utilities and snack pouch since i hate eating junk food so a dark chocolate,oats caremel/dark chocolate or honey nut bars, nuts mix a diposable fork spoon box too it really helps.
