Far Cry 6 takes place on the fictional Caribbean island of Yara, which is inspired by Cuba and described as "the largest Far Cry playground to date" and "a tropical paradise frozen in time". It is ruled by "El Presidente" Antón Castillo, a fascist dictator with full control over the island. Castillo is guiding his son Diego , who is unsure of his own future, to follow in his footsteps.[3] Esposito described his character as a leader "trying to empower the people to understand that they need strong leadership now", but is stuck in the middle of a revolution.[4] Esposito further added that "his father was a dictator before him and he wants to empower the people to take their country back. His goal is to use the resources that they have within the country to survive without allowing outsiders to come in and co-opt their scientists, their intellectual property, all of these things". Esposito continued that Antón is "trying to empower his son to take up his mantle and really embrace ideas that would allow him to see that soon he will probably be the next leader in this country".

Actually most of the soldiers do belive in Castillo and those soldiers that can give you information they don't like the regime of castillo so thats why killing a lot of soldiers is something that will happen VERRY frequently

It reminds me most of Far Cry 4, in terms of story and feel. Definitely better than Primal and 5 imo. FC3 and FC4 are still my favorites. The thing about this one is that while the side characters are colorful and entertaining, it almost feels like it distracted too much from the main story. The urgency of the main story loses steam halfway through imo. One of those games were the individual parts are incredible (graphics, shooting, characters, action) but the sum isn't as good as the individual parts imo. But still amazing and well worth the playthrough

Out of all the Far Cry games, I think this is my personal favorite because it has something most of the other games don’t have: a fully developed protagonist. Having a self insert character is cool and all, but I’ve always preferred having a main protagonist with an official personality. (Which is a part of the reason why I like Commander Shepard so much, as I think Mass Effect’s developers had a good balance of that) You could make the argument that having a main protagonist like that diminishes the villain’s role in the game, because that’s why people like Far Cry, but I think it enhances the scenes where the villain shows up.

This did not feel like a Far Cry game story wise. In Far Cry games, you're not suppose to win. At the end, when you've thought you've won, all hell is suppose to break loose. Being a homicidial maniac isn't suppose to have a happy ending in a Far Cry game. Didn't really like the story for that reason.

This is very good cutscene. This is what I need. Not just the movie cutscene but the story cutscene so I know all the main story. But what I don't like in your gameplay is bad stealth.
