As always, another excellent game movie edit. It's just wonderful to see Alone in the Dark back again with a competently designed game unlike the previous last two (2008 game and Illumination). Another solid alternative to Resident Evil to pass the time while awaiting it's next installment.

I, a massive Robert E Howard/ Conan the Cimmerian fan, heard the name derceto and immediately thought of the goddess from the Conan lore. Then when they mention derceto and shub-niggaroth, I was like,”yes! That’s an awesome reference”.

I was tempted to pick this up, but on release is just.. Oof. AitD is one of those cursed franchises that has promise, but the execution is always jank. :(
