StoryTime!!! Because of this video, I heard this song for the first time, and fell in love with it. Right before I fell in love with a boy. I went to an open mic night and sang this song on a small stage to an audience of people also there to showcase their own talents. I sang this song for this boy. Months later, the boy and I grew apart, and we stopped talking. I became depressed. 6 or 7 months after meeting this boy, and all the twists and turns our friendship has had, it’s safe to say that everything happens for a reason. Whether it’s walking your dog and meeting someone else going for a walk, or starting an online friend group and watching it grow and expand. Life is short. So don’t waste it mourning and crying over someone who’s making you sad, and rather than talking to them about it, You keep your mouth shut and don’t say a word. That’s exactly what I did. But I finally put my foot down and demanded what I wanted out of my friendship with the boy, and it my demand was disrespected, I told him I would end the friendship. And just like that, it ended. But, life works in very mysterious ways. How do I know? Well, because after all of that, I got him back. My best friend. Sorry this is so long 😅
