Very nice Liz! I like the two pages you did. I also suffer from anxiety - it's why I color - coloring really helps! I had panic attacks many years ago - I would get them when I was driving and it was miserable. There is no shame in either having anxiety nor is there any shame in taking medicine to manage it. I am thankful that there is medicine for the now few times I feel like I need it. Please take good care of yourself. You are a treasure!

Very pretty pages, Liz. I think it's very common for those that do glue booking to have anxiety. It is an issue for me as well. I think what helped me the most with it was meditation, but I find it very difficult to form this, or any, habit. We seem to have had a connection today. First I was thinking I liked having the 2 fairies on the page the best and before I knew it, there they were. Also I had just changed the setting to watching you at 2X the speed and you commented you were going too fast. I agreed and brought it back to regular speed. Too funny. Til the next time. Nancy
