Sandwich panel production line Gluestream SPL-11 gluestream.eu/... is designed for manufacturing different types of panels with different dimensions, number of layers, rigid or porous materials with different types of surface tension. That requires to have the possibility of fast-changing adhesive parameters.
We created a 3-component PUR adhesive applying machine for bonding sandwich panels. The machine can pump, mix and apply two A components, one fast curing and one slow curing, and a B component. The two A components can be mixed in any ratio to achieve the optimal panel production speed, depending on the complexity of the panels being produced and the workshop's ambient temperature.
The result is one adhesive system, which can be adjusted on the glue application machine to give a range of open and press times.

The line consists of the glue-applying machine and four vacuum presses combined in the complete operating system, calculating the open and the press time automatically, creating a manufacturing report and a list of the panels being produced.

Когда я работал в этой фирме, где произвели первый аналог такой поклеечной машины, то как раз проектирование електрической части и программирование линии производил лично. С тех пор не много изменилось в подходе и реализации к изготовлению оборудования ВЫСОКОГО качества (видно из многих видео произведенных станков и линий). С некоторых пор переехал и живу в Европе. Вспоминаю то время с чувством удовлетворения о проделанной работе и иногда жалею, что сменил место работы и страну...
