Gluing Tambour Slats to Canvass Backing

For the Seymour Secretary Bookcase, I need a structure that includes tambour doors. This video shows my method of gluing the tambour slats to a backing of canvass. I used hot hide glue for this, along with a glue hammer. The slats had to be laid face down in a frame to hold them while gluing.
