Please understand.....the kickbacks and booty bands are not useless....they just aren't going to serve as solid tissue builders!!

Just watched one of your instagram posts referencing this KZbin. Thank you for explaining why hip bands and full range of motion are not ideal if you are trying to grow your glutes. It was never explained and was always advised to do more hip band and kick exercises. Can’t wait to try your suggestions. Will also be downloading Dose.

Would LOVE to see a video on mobility exercises. I got into lifting/bb style training in my early 20s, and totally through mobility out the window. I was young, my body recovered well, and never felt impacted by the lack of it. However, now, well into my 30s, I’m feeling the lack of mobility after a 6yr hiatus from lifting. I enjoy your methodology of explaining, and breaking things down - and would really LOVE LOVE LOVE to see/hear your insight on mobility. I nerd out over fitness, and enjoy your actual science approach and explanations. PS: You live in the BEST part of CA!! Spent many winters there, and my Dad retired there, one of the not so hidden gems of the country 🇺🇸

Seems like I’ve been putting in the work for my glutes the wrong way. I’m definitely gonna try those 3 new ones instead of the side and back kicks. Excited to see the difference as I feel like what I have been doing is really slow in my progress. Thanks for the hacks!

couldn't think of a better combo than glute workouts and potatoes. thank youuuu. and damn now I know why i'm somehow working my quads when i'm supposed to be working my glutes (can you also explain why dead lifts strain the lower back?? I'm certain my form / range of motion must be off there too cuz I feel it way more in lower back than hamstrings). also do you have a camera person or is this some kinda cool gimbal that follows you around based on movement? nice shooting style :)

Curry with ketchup, that sounds nasty lol, the uk is four countries, we don't add ketchup to curry here in Scotland 🏴 🤣 must be english. Really enjoying the workout.

What? Someone eat potatoes as often as I do? (I’m 1/2 Irish, guess that is where I get it from). How you stay so shredded doing that? Guess intense workouts and chopping down trees all day does it. I just switched to the “no sugar added” ketchup I saw in the video - couldn’t believe how much sugar is in the regular stuff.

Interesting enough. I do my lunges with shoulders aligned with hips and the knee that goes down in one straight line. And I have almost 90° angle at my knees at the lowest point But in my gym most do this with body aligned at 60° angle (leaning forward) and hild leg as close 1step away from front leg so when the knee lowers its almost too ose to the heel of the front leg.... idk but trainers said this way u target glutes.... I can't do much lunges anyways because of knee pain... so ... I do more bridges... what are other exercises that a person with knee problems can do to grow butt?

Thoren, you might consider getting pyrex or ceramics for your cooking. You're obviously literate enough to decipher the literature for yourself, so please review Dr. Shanna Swan's work with plastics and male fertility. I'm not here to fear monger or pretend that I'm some granola-kind of guy, but microwaving plastics for eight minutes weekly or multiple times a week may introduce more leeched chemicals than you would aim for if you were aware of her work.

"Well I'll tell ya" 🤣 but I'm curious...will this grow a fully round booty, or one that just pokes out from a side view.? I mean the side/hip dip indention look is what I'm trying to get away from so in my mind abduction would help with that
