Just a heads up: I've been recently so disappointed by Aldi's things not listed as gluten free and just going by the ingredients list. I had the Tortilla Chips (I am in Germany, don't know if you have them in the UK) . Although the ingredients do not list any gluten ingredients, it didn't have the label, but there is definitely some cross contamination or something going on. I have had some "unpleasant" problems with them. First time I thought it was maybe something else, but second try a few weeks later: it's definitely the chips. 😔 It's a huge bummer because they were so lovely. But beware folks.

Try putting the grapes in the freezer. So delicious - like little sorbet balls

what about sugar in these products? 🤔 I am a coeliac but I don't want to be a diabetic too. Usually I cook from scratch cos most of GF food in the supermarket is full of sugar, hidden sugars, etc

I do usually cook all my food from scratch but I do like to buy things for the occasional treat. A lot of this I froze and will eat over time - I'm not suggesting anyone go buy and eat all these in one go, but a treat occasionally is good for you :D

Why would you be scared to go to the supermarket? I'm celiac and very rarely shop at Aldi as they have no choice. Maybe it's just here in Scotland that they are useless.
