The DCA one is going to be epic!!! We do lots of food videos and they all have some GF treats sprinkled in, especially with the new treats that come out every month and special events. That way our community is always up to date to plan their days in the park. A get to know us vlog is in the works as we are collecting questions from our community of what they would like to know of us.

Idk if you guys have done it yet but like could run through like your perfect day in Disney like what foods you'd eat and ride the rides you'd get on and what show you watch at the end of the night etc ☺️ reviewing restaurants in the hotels are awesome too, showing the rides Disney world doesn't have, show what's new and Poppin for April 2022 etc etc 🥰

This was such a great vlog B+E! I have an allergy to gluten and this helped me so much. The hotdog at Refreshment Corner is really good, I had that when I went to Disney with some friends. It's awesome to see places incorporating gluten free items into their menus. Disneyland has amazing quality food!!

I recently got diagnosed with celiac and planning to go to disney again soon and this is helpful. Just as a heads up to celiacs, chili can sometimes be thickened with flour. so be careful, make sure you check!

Thank you for sharing that with us. How are you currently transitioning with the changes in the diet that comes with Celiac? How are you doing as we know it can be different from day to day. We are glad this video was helpful and we can't wait for you to go to Disney and have an amazing time and of course eat some delicious treats. While one can always order certain items that are already listed as as GF on the mobile order app, guests can always speak with the chef at the restaurants to make sure everything is handled with care.

WDW does food allergies so much better. I forget how few options DL has until we are about to visit and I have to refresh my brain :( At least they have some though..... but really it would be so easy to do those Bengal sauces without flour - hopefully they will offer it at some point.

Before I started watching this channel, I thought gluten free and vegan overlapped a lot more than it seems to.

The rice cereal treats aren’t gluten free, they have malt unfortunately.

There are some that are individually wrapped which are completely gf and then there are the seasonal ones that can vary from the bakery. The ones from the bakery run the chance of cross contamination or may contain malt depending on the flavor. That’s why we always recommend checking with the staff and chef before picking it up.
