It is very easy to make, a delicious pastry recipe!
You can cook it immediately for breakfast and eat it hot or you can feed your baby instead of bread.
You can add any cheese and greens you want. I added feta cheese and dill.
I also used buckwheat flour and quinoa flour. You can cook with any flour you want.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- an egg
- 3 tbs of yogurt
- 3/4 cup of buckwheat flour
- 3/4 cup of quinoa flour
- a teaspoon of psyllium husk powder
- a teaspoon of salt
- 5 grams baking powder
- a bowl of cheese
- a bowl of chopped dill
