ប្រេងឆាសំរាប់លាបស្លឹកចេក
🌻🌻 គ្រឿងផ្សំ សំបកនំគម 🌻🌻(ធ្វើនំបាន: 23នំ)
ម្សៅដំណើប 400g
ទឹក 310ml - 330ml
អំបិល 1/4 ស្លាបព្រាកាហ្វេ
ស្ករត្នោត 60g (1 ស្លាបព្រាបាយ)
👉 វិធីធ្វើស្នូលដូង ( ធ្វើបាន 23នំ )
សាច់ដូងកោស 400g
ស្ករត្នោត 150g (4 ស្លាបព្រាបាយ)
អំបិល 1/4 ស្លាបព្រាកាហ្វេ
ស្លឹកតយ 2 សន្លឹក
ខ្ទិះដូង 100ml
Banana leaves
Cooking Oil
🌻 Ingredient Glutinous rice Dough🌻🌻 (make23 Pcs)
400g Glutinous rice flour
310ml - 330ml Water or coconut milk
60g (1full tbsp) Palm Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
👉 For Sweet Coconut Filling (23pcs)
400g Shredded Coconut
4 tbsp (150g) Plam Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
2 Pandan Leaves
100ml (1/2 cup) Coconut milk
