It happens all too frequently these days I've noticed, on other programmes too...very distracting and quite difficult to listen to anybody...so sadly I usually switch off....I like Ben and Kat, it's a good dynamic....but they could just do with being a little less...#justmyopinion

If you want to produce collagen, chia seeds in porridge combined with zinc and vitamin C will do it and it’s cheaper . Flax seed too

There is absolutely no cure or remedy for getting older…you are growing old from the day you are born…it is much better to improve yourself and your state of mind from the inside out..instead of being a slave to vanity…accept yourself for who you truly are..not what you look like or others tell you how to look like…be comfortable in your own skin..and help others to do the same…then maybe you will be the one setting a new trend that others can follow.
