I have bought a kashmir willow bat from SG. Its is "Sg Verto" bat....and it has 19 grains countable....is it really possible to get so many grains in Kashmir willow bat?

Use a sandpaper and rub it till you remove the top layer. You'll see the grains disappear. Ppl are faking people to buy the bat with fake grains

quality is based on bat value. For 2500 to 3000 you may get few SS or SG in grade 3.

one more question will they already be knocked in and if they are then would i have to oil the bat to play with it or could i just hit boundaries in the park with a hard ball ?

Bats do require knocking and oiling. Oiling is personal choice, we do recommend. You can hit boundaries of sixes after knocking :)

As im a beginner, i will hopefully be hitting some medium balls strikes to start of as it can be intimidating when you have to hit bouncers or full tosses with a hard ball.
