Considering at one point in time, it was to be 912 feet in height and has since been reduced to a measly 685 feet that doesn't sit right with me. The tower also only has 49 floors? Like, really, you couldn't at least make it 50? The tower is also so narrow I can only imagine how small the square footage is on each floor.

I hope this doesn't do to down town what the rent cen did. Empty out the older buildings. Ren Cen was worst thing that happened to downtown Detroit
