Long story short: People may not like Johnny because the issues off the field but give credit where it's due, the dude has talent and can be something with it if he got his stuff together. Also, he racked up 10,000+ all purpose yards in only 2 seasons so he could have gotten 20,000+ all purpose yards if he played all 4 years at Texas A&M, if that happened, probably the greatest NCAA player of all time status would have been granted to him by many. Seeing his talent and skill set, there is little doubt he could have pulled off such a big feat.

There is probably a lot of talented receivers that go unnoticed because of inadequate QB play that couldn't buy time in the pocket or throw on the run. Winston is perfect for Evans too. Evans is dominant, but is fortunate to have played for good qbs.
