Look into Vitamin K2. It de-calcifies and moves calcium buildup away from soft tissue and into the bones. Also, cayenne pepper is able to stop a heart attack in it's tracks. Keep a few capsules with you at all times. It's worth just looking into. God bless you 🙏💕

Yes it's also important to know that heart problems in women looks very different from men. #1 killer of women has to do with the heart, primarily because we don't pay close attention to our bodies as we should.

My sister in law Lisa had a heart attack and died at 32. She was in 2 different ER'S the week before she passed. On both visits she presented with acute stomach and back pain. Apparently, women as a group experience more gastrointestinal issues than jaw and arm pain and numbness like men. PLEASE keep being a pain in the ass to your Dr. if you know something is wrong. We women tend to be blown off as being "emotional" as opposed to being intuitive.🌼 Be well all.

I wish that I saw videos like this before my mom died of a heart attack last year 😔. How are we supposed to know that heart attacks aren't like what you see on the TV? And on top of that, the symptoms that women experience during a heart attack is different from men. My mom suffered a (what I now know to be) a heart attack. Her symptoms were dizziness (room spinning), nausea (but didn't vomit), diarrhoea, and her arm went numb. Instead of seeking medical advice, She waited 7hrs for me to get home from work so that she could tell me what she was feeling. But by the time I got home, the symptoms had subsided. I offered to take her to the hospital, but she played it off saying that she was feeling better and she'll just visit the gp later that week. Given the symptoms, a heart attack didn't even cross my mind otherwise I wouldve called an ambulance there and then. The GP was no help. We put our trust in the GP who turned around and said that it was probably a bug and the numb arm was probably a pinched nerve. They say that once a heart attack goes untreated (if you survived the heart attack), you have more of a chance of having an even bigger & more fatal heart attack in future. Well that's what happened to my mum. A few months after the heart attack, I went to her house one day and discovered that she had died from cardiac arrest. I was so angry with everyone (including myself). It was something that could've been prevented

Heart attacks and low potassium, and low magnesium are closely related. They are two of some of the most important minerals your body needs in high-volume. The more active you are, the more stress your body goes through, and the more stress your body has, the more potassium and magnesium gets depleted. No medical doctor will ever tell you this because they are only taught to manage symptoms with drugs and surgeries. You will only get this type of info from a natural health doctor who seeks to cure the core issue, not put a bandaid on the symptom.

I wish we come into a time that homeopathic doctors are treated with the same amount of respect as regular doctors. Many of them are out here curing diseases and ending the cycles of bad health. I can’t stand how doctors let big pharma control their personal lives on how they treat their patients. Many doctors need to go into private practice & team up with homeopaths to end this pandemic of incurable deadly diseases. This country, big pharma & these big corporations outta be ashamed of denying ppl complete access to all forms of cures & treatments for diseases. It’s almost like they rather profit off your treatments & death… oh yea they do. Shame this is really crimes against humanity.

yes, I also wondered the same thing. Mostly what was her diet like? Did she have a history of high blood pressure or high cholesterol? A lot of what we eat contributes to our heart health. It's rare for someone who eats really healthy and is active with no history of high blood pressure or high cholesterol to get a heart attack at such a young age...unless it was genetic. Yes, let’s talk about this. A lot of younger ppl go untreated and eventually die suddenly because they’re told everything is “just stress” because certain ages don’t fit the normal age range for these things. But, they happen!

I had to go the alternative health route because my doctors weren’t doing anything for my health. Kept telling me I just needed to rest from stress from school. My body wanted to give out and idk how this kept happening but I changed doctors and kept getting blood work all to come back normal. I went to an alternative doctor and they did my blood work again and finally caught all my problems. Literally I have truama from regular healthcare because they all didn’t catch the issue which was my gut and even tested for it come back normal. My recovery was a whole year. I was almost bedridden and felt shortness of breath and had high blood pressure. There is so much more to health than what regular healthcare lead you to believe.

My Friend hade a Book with different Quiz how you can find out if you about to have a Heart attack…we went step by step & the results came out to be that I was having 1 …I laughed & told her she needed to go get her Money back …I was only 27 years old …1 month later I end up in ICU with a full blown Heart attack…came to find out that a strep throat hade caused a infection in my Heart ! I thank the Lord that it wasn’t my Time to go …( I hade a near death experience that Night going in & out of my Body ) the Person next to me wasn’t so lucky that Night ! I’m about to celebrate my 62 Birthday..& I listen to my Body this Time …I went into early Retirement & I don’t care …I rather prolong my Life with less Money than die greedy for more …Stress will kill you …I trust in God it will fall in Place !

My school friend's 22 year old sister died from heart attack this past month , she was one year our senior and very active during school days & always participated in all the school events, super energetic & nice, even now she was quite fit & healthy looking though I wasn't in direct contact with her but It was still so shocking to know about it ....I just couldn't believe at first thought she died due to an accident but heart attack? I would have never thought about it like that. I don't really know the reason behind it but I suspect she could've had a congenital heart disease or some other underlying condition as I find no other explanation behind a fit , active 22 year old dying from a severe heart attack!!

Majority of the young people who have heart attacks (relatively healthy without heart disease or congenital heart issues or other commorbidities) are drug users or excessive alcohol users. My bestfriend is a doctor and told me that a lot of the patients she saw in the ER with heart attack symptoms that were otherwise healthy had histories of drug use. They would lie about it but when pressed further, would own up to doing drugs secretly.
@simiedulay

@@rumblefish9 yeah maybe that's possible for some patients but I don't think she was into drugs ....prolly had some congenital disorder or other issues but definitely not drugs!! Also her brother ( my friend) is not ready to talk about it & we really don't want to hurt him more by asking so I was just suspecting as to what could've been the real cause behind it but only thing I know is that she shockingly had a heart attack & died !! & Whatever the real cause may be its extremely sad & tragic💔

Very sad. Unfortunately a lot if it has to do with what we eat. The standard American diet is high in fat, salt, oil sugar and dairy, all of which can lead to disease and early death. A lot of people think being physically fit means you’re healthy and that’s so far from the truth.

You can have a mysterious heart attack from nervous system problems which is a conversation people aren’t ready to have and regular people In healthcare will literally roll your eyes if you tell them.

@@nesq4104 umm I referring to low vagal tone such as rewiring the nervous system to detox any stress or trauma the body holds onto. That’s why I said it’s not a conversation a lot of people are having let alone healthcare. Removing yourself from the toxic situation is one thing but letting the body detox from those held on stressors is another thing. Everything accumulates and then you have chronic health problems

@@ritaevergreen7234 I learned about that where muscles/body holds onto past traumas etc. Some years ago I went to acupuncturist. As I lay on the bed for 45 min to relax literally all these subconscious childhood traumas came to my Conscious mind. As I forgave and actively let go of those things. MY muscles relax and my tense parts of lower back that never touched the bed/floor completely dropped flat. Years ago, my first job, I hooked up to ekg 2x believing I was having heart attack at 21 y.o. results always was normal. But I swore I was about to die. Then DR says maybe I was having panic attack. Well the first time I was made aware a high stress job could make me feel like I was having heart attacks. Right now this plandemic has traumatized the population and everyone complaining about the chest
@ritaevergreen7234
@ritaevergreen7234 2 жыл бұрын
@@nesq4104 I think you need to do more nervous system work because it sounds like the new job with the stress made more come out convincing you it gave you a panic attack when it probably was the final nail in the coffin of your toxic load. Going to do acupuncture is helpful in releasing tension but coming from someone who did nervous system work there are actually certain tools you’re suppose to assist the body to heal all the layers. You probably have more layers coming out and need more nervous system work to process it out.

So sorry wow 😔 I’m glad she’s okay. This hit me. I’m 44 years old. Active as well. Served 16 years in the Military. I don’t drink or smoke. Took really good care of myself by working out and meditation. And something felt off last year January. I felt my whole right side was tingling. I didn’t think anything of it until it became unbearable. Low and behold I was suffering a Brain Stem Stroke. My Care Team couldn’t figure out why since I don’t have HBP or High Cholesterol or any underlying health issues but a Chronic Migraine. After 15 days at the hospital. It was ruled out my Birth Control pills was the culprit. I’m still recuperating and is looking forward to a full on recovery 🙏🏼

I remember listening to the lecture on oral contraceptives in Pharmacy school. I marveled at the possible side effects and was much more surprised at why it is being routinely recommended and universally advocated for women. From then on, I made the decision, I will not use one when I get married. I educate those around me about the risk. Just like the current V, these issues remain an elephant in the room among health professionals and scientists.
