I had no idea watching that interview that there was any suspicion about the whole thing being fake but watching HIM had me thinking they both made this whole thing up. The only thing that looked legit to me was when he had genuine emotion over having to tell his son that they didn’t know where mommy was. The way that emotion came out of him can’t be faked and then I felt bad for being suspicious but then I realized, just because I’m seeing genuine emotion over how it affected his kid, doesn’t mean the rest of the story can’t be a lie. It’s just hard to shake off those suspicions now that we know for sure it really was a lie.

I will tell you something he probably is feeling. He's humiliated and he probably feels like every part of his relationship with her was a lie. He's probably in a fog and doesn't even know who he really is anymore. Living a lie in a fake marriage is tough to come back from. Not only do you have to figure out what made you stay, but you have to figure out why the other person is sick so you can understand why they did you dirty. It's like your soul being butchered every single time you think about the past. If I were him I would get some professional help and cognitive therapy. To learn that you mattered not at all after you put everything in there, is the single most damaging thing you can go through. You wonder if any of it was true. You question yourself like what did I do wrong? And then you try to make excuses for them because it can't be true that they are really sick and twisted. It's almost like having a breakdown five times a day. Narcissist cause permanent lifelong emotional, mental, physical, psychological, and spiritual damage.

She’s serving time in a federal prison for lying to authorities about faking a kidnapping and she also abandoned her children at their daycare so that she can go have fun with her boyfriend and he was only able to get temporary custody of his children and they still allowed her to get digital visitations from prison…. Goes to show you how biased family courts are against men. If it was him that went to prison for lying to the authorities, he would’ve never got to see those kids again.

I am happy for him and he is making the right decision. His children need him more than ever and his walking away is the best option for him.. And I hope that ex-wife never get to see her kids again unless it is under constant supervision and as for her enabling family, the only way they should seen them is during his discretion. I feel so freaking awful for him and their family. Basically all of Sherri’s friends and family. I cannot imagine how scared they were for her life. Her children must have been so devastated and traumatized not knowing where she was. I cannot imagine the betrayal her husband felt learning it was all made up. The comments by locals, on the news threads are, for the majority, untrue, unkind and disgusting. I'm embarrassed by my community!
