I grew up listening to "Farewell" songs, and since it was also our graduation song in the 1980s, I would become really emotional whenever I heard it. Bagets is my all-time favorite Pinoy film because I can relate to the 1980s so strongly.

Back in my school days in the 80s, I would go to mass every afternoon after class, at Mt. Carmel Church in New Manila. I would see Raymond there too regularly, alone in one corner of the church, and also receiving Holy Communion. He has been truly truly blessed.

His songs are considered classics. Hindi niluluma ng panahon. I have always been a fan and to me "Shadow of Time" is my most fave among all his songs. He is still as guapo as ever.
