Pero, I would humbly correct sir Howie lang: sir Howie, hindi po namatay si Mama Mary. Hindi po hahayaan mg Diyos mabulok ang katawan ng katawan, buto ng buto, at dugo ng dugo ng Panginoon Hesukristo. Remember, our Lord didn't have a biological father, so, Jesus and Mary share the same bones, same flesh, and same blood. "Flesh of my flesh, bones of my bones".

If the people in Ephesus(who are very close to the Blessed Virgin up to her last days) told us by spoken tradition that Mother Mary when to heaven body and soul, we cannot just ignore that. Sobrang lungkot siguro ni mama mary nung nawala na si jesus 😭 buti nandyan si apostle John When Jesus was on the cross, both the apostle John and Mary the mother of Jesus stood nearby. In John 19:26-27 we read, “When Jesus saw his mother there, and the disciple whom he loved standing nearby, he said to her, ‘Woman, here is your son,’ and to the disciple, ‘Here is your mother.’ From that time on, this disciple took her into his home.” The clear understanding of the passage is that Jesus commanded John to care for Mary after His death. Mary was most certainly a widow at this point in her life.

I've been to the Holy Land and there, we went to the Church of the Assumption, as well as the Dormition Abbey, where Mama Mary supposedly slept and was taken body and spirit and assumed into heaven. Did she leave Jerusalem after the crucifixion and death of Jesus? It's about 1,500 kms away from Jerusalem by land, but I think can be accessed by boat. So perhaps Mama Mary left but during Pentecost, she was there so she must have returned, and after her assumption, John the Beloved went back to Ephesus where he lived until his death and was buried there. Accounts revealed he wrote the book while in Patmos, an island just off the coast.
