You are so compassionate and I see no reason for you not to stay..The government will let you stay whenever you feel like it..they too has compassion in their hearts. Permanent residency is no problem since you will be an asset to the country especially towards all the kids together with Winnie.

I cried watching this video especially the part where she say "I want to teach her that she's not loved from what she accomplished she's love the way she is" it makes me sad the fact that other nationality help Filipinos from Rural unlike other Filipinos who doesn't give a fvck about them and bring down other Filipinos . it's the reality we Filipinos are kind to the foreighners but to one another it's a different thing . Nono Nana Even though I understand what you are trying to say. It is better if educational programs are with the government, as it would be recognised. There was a school, that did it on their own in the Philippines, but afterwards informed it is not accredited, so the students would have to take classes all over again in a government approved school. All that time wasted. It is even problematic in 1st world countries, where state to state or province to province funded by the government won't recognise each others credentials with post secondary schooling.
