Hi rajat sir i am currently enrolled in the egmat verbal online course .. struggling with egmat rc concept to put it into the proper application under time constrain as what is taught in the concept file...and sc approach is taking time means i usually end up taking around 3 min per question when i use the approach so what should i do next Please help

Hi Arif. Let me help you with your query. The key to reducing time taken to solve a question is to practice using a methodical approach consistently. Focus on the words methodical approach and consistency. When you're learning concepts or the e-GMAT approach don't worry about the timing. Try to focus and learn the method even if it takes you more time to solve a question. Once you solve 100+ questions using the same approach without worrying about the time you're taking to solve a question, your time taken will automatically come down to the optimal time (under 2 mins). This is exactly the same thing Nishant did. He relied on the e-GMAT Meaning based approach and Reading Strategies for SC and RC respectively. With practice, he was able to bring down the time to under 2mins. I'm sure you would be able to do the same. Arif - thank you for your questions. The key to reducing time to answer questions is perfecting the process. Don't do both RC and SC together, rather focus just on SC. Fix that (write to our support team to do a precise diagnosis) and then move to RC.

6 gmat ..jee congrats finally cracking it and dedication ! If I wouldn't know any better it seems gmat just likes to play with people and keep giving weirdo questions till they have got enough money from candidate, till they finally give.them normal questions.

Dear A. While it may seem that way, the reality is little to do with the same. There are two reasons why I say the same - One the student's scores track consistently their performance in our Scholaranium Platform (98% consistency). Do GMAT consider academic score? if yes, then average academics above 70% is it ok to get into university of top 5 foreign bschool?

Ruchita - My guess is that your questions pertains more to MBA admissions. If that is the case, then yes average academics above 70% would not be an impediment as long as you have a stellar GMAT score combined with proven leadership at work.
