I used to be like 2 and 3 when I was younger. I thought creative resume would impress the hiring people with my ‘taste and style’. Reality is, unless you’re applying for design companies, it can be frustrating for the recruiters to read resume. Recruiters receive many résumé everyday, and they spend approximately 5-10 seconds look at your resume. Just make it easy for them, and if you know they have their own style of resume, just use it. If you’re good, you don’t need a resume template to impress.
