Brad and his wife were avid climbers until they had kids, but then it got more difficult to keep up with their favorite activity. Brad used our Rings One program to get back in shape and improve his climbing performance.

I’m 47. 4 weeks in and muscles are appearing where I never thought they would. Biceps growing lats bulging I’m getting that cobra hood shape and even the muscles at the top of the lats are popping out. My shoulders are thickening abs are tightening. Even my gluteus and quads ache after L-sit 3 second holds! I can now hold a support hold for thirty seconds rings turned out and not shake like I’m having a fit (should have seen me on my first day 4 weeks ago!). They’re no joke though! I’m loving my workouts. Get some.

This case study inspired me to start the R1 program. I've just started phase 2 & highly recommend to anyone who wants to develop skills on the rings as well as getting a good workout.

I'm getting rings delivered this week. Chin ups/pull ups/dips iincluding weighted have become relatively easy. I'm about to enter a whole new world.

I remember starting pull ups and barely managing 1 proper full hang pull up and getting up to doing 10 with 10kg on my back. I'll be back down to barely doing 1 proper pull up on the rings but look forward to the challenge of building that up and trying other moves.

Amazing video! I just got a set of rings and he isn't kidding, they are wobbly and have a mind of their own! Hope he gets featured again so we can see his progression :)

I always get sidetracked from my fitness dreams, mostly due to my studies and disorganization. I hate weight lifting, rings seem like a great alternative.

This is an excellent demonstration of ring training. Can you tell me what make the pull-up bar is at 3 min 36 seconds as I am limited in space and I intend to install a bar that is recommended for ring training and secure. Thankyou.

I started the rings again currently doing r1 again... skin the cats, I feel ill after doing them.. as in like spinning sickness.. messes me up for the whole day 🤢🤢🤢🤢

You probably need to work on floor-based movements to get your body used to inversion.

Very inspiring! I'm planning on getting into rings myself, and have a question regarding ceiling installation - what distance should the rings be apart from each other? I've heard that the standard is 50cm, but my ceiling is quite low, just under 240cm, and being 178cm tall myself, I can see how anything beyond shoulder width would make things very difficult, especially for a beginner. Any advice is welcome, and thanks for the videos!
