This industry needs stronger voices as yours as everyone else fades into irrelevantly and complicit by lack of action. Thank you ❤

Yes, I wonder how much of the money made from this collection will go to marginalised and oppressed communities in middle eastern countries where LGBTQI+ people have no rights or protections. Or if this is just political posturing. The message is meaningless if all this brand choose to do is profit off of a war and sell these expensive garments in stores like selfridges and Dover street without any commitment to those that are suffering under the hands of radical Islam oppression. Just another case of attention seeking fashion without any real commitment to the people it is profiting off of.

Thank you for the valid concern. The proceeds from the watermelon t shirt goes directly to emergency relief in Gaza. The keffiyehs are made with Palestinian and Syrian artisans in the Jerash ‘Gaza’ refugee camp in Jordan , with SEP who ensures that profits are redistributed to the camp development.

Liked it but didn't love it. It is definitely wearable but it did not feel fresh or exciting to me.

I had so much hope for this show after reading about it but seeing the look of the male model wearing a head scarf in almost exactly the same way certain terrorists do, shook me. What was the point of that? Why would you choose to glamourise terriorism as a trend?

Wow how incredibly dumb and racist some people are.

You know terrorists are humans before being terrorists. And that wearing scarfs like that probably dates back to thousands of years of Arabic nomadic lifestyle in deserts and arid areas. And that if terrorists wear a scarf a certain way that doesn’t mean that this style is theirs and that everyone wearing it that way is a terrorist? That being said, we have been fed by these images of terrorists wearing scarves to cover up their faces. But that’s intellectual paresse to not try and separate a whole style from a minority who wears it since probably only 50 years.
