Hi , but putting the Jack under the Engine ,even using those Woods to protect the engine casing , But still the jack can not damage the engine’s oil container ?

Lennox don't have any problem because the location you gonna use is not exactly in the oil pam, you gonna use it in the hard site of the engine and can hold the weight for lift. nice car i miss it

Can you tell me why did you change the mounts ? I have an Acadia 08 too and is making noise when it accelerates from a dead stop, I was looking and I found that that noise is coming from the engine mounts It that why you change them ??

Gabriel yeah that happens to me I had noise in front , was th only one broken without gone the nuts, and when you gonna do it, do all 3 of then

Gabriel if you wanna test it before you do it, get someone that put the car in direct press the brake and accelerate you will see how the engine coming up from the front, just happend because the position of the shaft when turning

i did change then because i used to drive to uber and the engine used to moved up from the from mount, but i never found info in youtube and i figure out and that was, asking some friend of mine that do fix sometime they on cars.

I guarantee that the nuts on this car are metric and not 5/8". That being said...a 5/8 socket may work as long as you don't have rust issues.

@@FlyBabyFlyPPG You did a good job and it helped me change the mounts on my 2010 Acadia. I did all three of the lower and the upper motor strut under the underhood fuse box.
