Really appreciate the variety of points you have covered. I was tempted to follow vastu of placing stove top and sink in North East, just like you mentioned in point 6. The scenario that you described is exactly mine, the east side wall is very narrow. Thanks for bringing that clarity.

Can you suggest how can we design kitchen cabinets so that they will be easy to clean, specifically around coocktop area. In Indian kitchens, we generally deep fry in cooking and the cabinets above the counter get dirty too often even if chimney is installed.

Very informative. I would like to give some clarity about Vaastu as I am a proffesional Vastu consultant. What you said in your video NE में पानी होना चाहिए और SE में अग्नि which is correct पर ये NE aur SE पूरे घर का देखते हैं ना की हर एक कमरे का जैसे की किचन/bedroom etc. यही पे गलती होती हैं, जिन्हे वास्तु के बारे में सही ज्ञान नही हैं वो ऐसी गलत बाते समाज में फैला देते है और फिर हमारी एक वैदिक विद्या के बारे में समाज में गलत धारणा बन जाती हैं जो की गलत हैं. आप जैसे इंटीरियर डिजाइनर अगर ये वास्तु की विद्या सही से सिख ले तो आप वास्तु की सही जानकारी का उपयोग करके आपके क्लाइंट का पैसा जो इंटीरियर में लगा हैं उसे समृद्धि में convert कर सकते हैं. As a Vastu consultant मैंने देखा हैं की वैसे तो वास्तु में दोष नही होता हैं पर इंटीरियर के नाम पर जो कलर और शेप डाले जाते हैं उन्हीसे imbalance हो जाता हैं और समस्या शुरू होती हैं. वही रंग और आकार आप अगर इंटीरियर करते समय वास्तु के नियम से चयन करें तो आपका इंटीरियर डिजाइन आपको समृद्धि देगा. अगर आपका NE living room में आ रहा हैं और आपका किचन दक्षिण में आ रहा हैं तो क्या आप आपका sink NE के नाम पर लिविंग रूम में बनाए, नहीं ना... तो आपकी वास्तु की सोच गलत हैं, बेहतर हैं आप अपने क्लाइंट को सही वास्तु कंसल्टेंट से सलाह लेने का मशवरा दे. बिना जानकारी वास्तु के बारे में भ्रम ना फैलाए 🙏🏻

how to install chimney in window wall and what is the effectiveness of chimney with window wall.

@ Raina Modak window should be at least two to three feet left or right of chimney .Chimney should be fitted 30 to34 inches above gas burner not above that when ever chimney is started for optimal efficiency close window of kitchen only , a vaccum will be created all smoke will go out then open the windows of kitchen no chimney manufacturer will give the ideas of installation, flow of air outside the kitchen also matters in efficiency of a chimney what ever smoke thrown out of exhaust should be blown away by outside wind it should not enter throw window if kept open
