Awarded to GMs above 2580 rating (as of April 2009 I believe), all awarded players are allowed to castle from any position at any time so long as they still have 5 or more pieces on the board, including a king and rook. Dan LinHouser, a GM from Lithuania, believed that all GMs should be required to wear a balloon tied to their wang in order to be eligible for the All Castle license, but this unfortunately excluded female players so Alexandraia Ocasio Cortez outlawed it along with Nancy Pelosi and Mike Tyson
