He has made inaccuracies or “mistakes” but since it’s blitz he can always out wit his opponents. He is a master at making suitable moves in short amounts of time putting them into time trouble. Most of the time though he is just steps ahead and knows he is going to win even when the position is equal.

Technically, since Hikaru's online rating is about 3200, he is supposed to win 99.9% of 2000s, and 99% of 2400s, and 90% of 2800s. So, it is kind of normal that he hasn't lost or draw yet. But, the unlogical part is that the elo makes these predictions assuming that both sides will play proper chess according to their level. They don't take into account Hikaru's nonsense openings. Hikaru just shows openings are useless if you are so good at the game.
