ภัทร หนุ่มทะเล้น กากเกรียน และ ปราณ หนุ่มเนี้ยบ มาดคุณชาย ผู้ที่ถูกฟ้าลิขิตให้เป็นศัตรูกันตั้งแต่ยังไม่เห็นหน้า เพราะพ่อแม่เปิดร้านอุปกรณ์ก่อสร้างอยู่ข้างกัน แข่งกันตัดราคา แย่งลูกน้อง เกลียดกันชนิดไม่เผาผี ทำให้ทั้งคู่ถูกวางตัวเป็นคู่แข่งกันตั้งแต่เกิด ไม่ว่าใครคลานได้ก่อน เดินได้ก่อน เรียกพ่อแม่ได้ก่อน ทุกอย่างล้วนถูกเอามาเปรียบเทียบเกทับกัน
แต่วันหนึ่งตอนที่ทั้งคู่อายุ 12 ปี กำแพงความเกลียดชังของทั้งคู่ก็เริ่มมีรอยร้าว เมื่อ ภา น้องสาวของภัทรขี่จักรยานพลัดตกน้ำในคลองหมู่บ้าน ระหว่างที่ภัทรยังทำอะไรไม่ถูก เป็นปราณที่กระโจนลงน้ำไปช่วยภาขึ้นมา เหตุการณ์นั้นก็ทำให้ความสัมพันธ์ของคนทั้งคู่เปลี่ยนไป แม้ภายนอกจะดูเป็นคู่แข่งกันเหมือนเดิม แต่ลึกๆ ข้างในก็ไม่เกลียดชังกันเท่าเดิม
จน ม.3 อาจารย์ให้ทั้งคู่ฟอร์มวงดนตรีด้วยกัน ทำให้ทั้งคู่ต้องใกล้ชิดกันมากขึ้น
4 ปีต่อมา โชคชะตาก็เล่นตลกเมื่อส่งให้ ภัทร เข้าเรียนปี1 เป็นประธานรุ่นฝั่งวิศวะ ขณะที่ ปราณ เป็นประธานรุ่นคณะสถาปัตย์ โดยที่ทั้ง 2 คณะเป็นคู่แค้นกันมานาน ทำให้ภัทรและปราณต้องกลับมาตีกันอีกครั้ง เมื่อภารู้เรื่อง ก็วีนแตก ยื่นคำขาดห้ามภัทรทำร้ายปราณเด็ดขาด เพราะบุญคุณที่เคยช่วยไว้ ทำให้ภัทรไปขอทำข้อตกลงกับปราณว่าจะแอบแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล เพื่อหาทางหลีกเลี่ยงไม่ให้ทั้ง 2 คณะทะเลาะกัน ปราณเองก็ไม่ชอบมีเรื่องเลยยอมตกลง
ทำให้ทั้งคู่เริ่ม “ความสัมพันธ์แบบลับๆ” ที่จะเป็นเพื่อนก็ไม่ใช่ ศัตรูก็ไม่เชิง แต่บันเทิงใจคนดู
สุดท้ายแล้วมิตรภาพบนความขัดแย้งของภัทรและปราณจะไปสิ้นสุดที่ตรงไหน ความลับจะแตกลงเมื่อไหร่ พ่อแม่จะยอมรับหรือไม่ หรือสุดท้ายจะมีวันที่ความขัดแย้งคลี่คลายหรือไม่

I laughed so HARD when he said his watch was old and needed to be replaced. It's obviously set at 10 minutes after 10 o'clock with the second hand on the twelve. That is how manufacturers set a brand new watch before it's shipped to the store. Looks like it's never been used. Hahaha!

i love the symbolism in the film making! Pran's watch was broken at a time when their relationship suffered a pause when he was sent away. But he fixed it in this episode and set it to run again. It's like a sign that their relationship got the green light now and pressed 'play'!

This is my first time watching a series of this genre in general. A post mentioning this show randomly popped up on my feed on social media and the premise intrigued me with the Romeo and Juliet trope of sorts (it isn't the same obvious it's just what first popped into my mind) but in a modern context and the it obviously not being a tragedy and instead being enemies to friends to lovers. I'll admit the silly sound effects were a bit confusing at first to me with how cartoonish they were. It felt strange hearing those in a live action show instead of an animated one. However it quickly grew on to me and it just added to the comedy. That's probably the point isn't it. The acting appears to be pretty good too. Just wanted to say that I'll probably keep watching!
