He thought it was Jack or Geoff, then Geoff pulled a gun, so he knew it was Jack. Then Gavin started acting shifty, so he thought it was Jack or Gavin. Then he realized that Gavin legitimately thought it was him, so he knew that it really was Jack. Unfortunately it was too late at that point.

I love how when they're playing TTT, if someone tries to (or actually successfully) kill, say, Geoff or someone, everyone would be suspicious and think the shooter is a traitor.
