GN 5-Deck Stack Fine Screen for Spodumene Mineral Processing

The GN 5-deck stack screen, with a screen opening of 0.15mm, is specifically designed for spodumene mineral processing. This vibrating screen is employed to process material from the cyclone overflow outlet, enhancing the quality of mineral particle size. After screening, the underflow material smaller than 0.15mm is fed into a flotation machine for further extraction. The overflow material larger than 0.15mm is returned to the mill and then enters the cyclone again, forming a closed-loop processing circuit.
