Helicopters both pilots didn't know when control tower informed the Helicopters pilots about landing on so and so runway I must say why the control tower didn't hold the Helicopter to hover and hold this is my observation because landing Aircrafts was on short final why the controller didn't hold the Helicopter and as the Helicopter suddenly came in fromt of landing big aeroplane I think R T instructions by control towers conversation may give correct pictures who's to be blamed above all too slow moving Helicopter can could have hold well clear from paths of landing big huge aircraft investigators must listen conversation of control towers and both pilots if landing aeroplane and Helicopter crossing in from f landing traffic
