Gnocchi Board

I wanted to make gnocchi, and I couldn't do it without a gnocchi board. This was a fun little project. I admit, editing the video took much longer than making the board haha. But watch as I turn this small scrap of Sapele into a one of a kind, far from perfect, but perfectly functional gnocchi board. By the way, the gnocchi turned out great! If there's any interest, I can make some more and put them up on Etsy or something. Just drop me a line!

I made one of these 20 years ago much to my Grandmas horror, she just used the back of a fork. She Saw it in use and wanted one. I was the only child so probably why she wanted one but did use it. If you can Male one why not?!

WHY would you need a handle? the more area of ridges the better. and gnocchi aren't supposed to be SHAPED perfect, just delicious. ridge the board, forget the handle. hold the board however you want,
