By transrectal palpation the broad ligament of the uterus on the side of torsion will be felt under the uterus and the opposite broad ligament will be felt crossing to the other side

Sir if the torsion is of 360 or more degree rotation is indicated or not , today there is a case of post cervical right sided 360 degree torsion . Torsion is revealed but just after revealing torsion there is huge amount of bleeding there sir what's the reason plz inlight me

Dear Ashutosh one can attempt detorsion by using a plank but the chance of correction varies from case to case. Bleeding after correction is usual but huge bleeding is serious and follows compression of vessels.

@@GNPSir sir in our case also there is huge amount of bleeding , we controlled it using draps,alum, hemostat,adrenaline. Now bleeding is controlled . Next day we will try for force extraction of fetus Thank u sir
