One of the most under rated destinations in Europe. Magnificent city that is a haven for walking, cycling, boating, hiking etc. The civic pride is evident, particularly in the old city. Clean streets, no graffiti, beautifully maintained buildings. Amenities are brilliant, especially the Supermarkets and the beer? What can I say, the greatest choice of beer on the planet. If you cycle this place is heaven. You can ride through three countries in one day. The cycling infrastructure is better than the Netherlands in my opinion
