Why is 37 going to use buses from 36, can't 37 use new buses e400h, and 6 e400h on 36

Abdulai Jalloh route 36 is getting new E400H and replacing e400 from New Cross. Some will move to Peckham for 37 and probably be refitted to Euro 6 for Low Emissions.
