Thanks at first.But,GBN Go Back N 's ACK is not send every time, but it is send by acccumulated sequenced received max number.But you demonstrated it will send ack each time when it receive a msg?Why?

It have to discard 3 frame also ,as 2,3,,4,5 are retransmited ,why only 4 ,5 is discarded ,3 also should be discarded

Hello sir, I did the same approach but did not consider empty packets after my 9th packet. So I assumed the whole window of packet 7,8,9 would be retransmitted and hence total 18 packets i.e. option (D). Although I believe that's definitely incorrect. Plzz confirm.. plz reply🙏🙏

you have to consider the empty packets after 9th packet. Every time the sender gets acknowledgement from receiver, the window slides.
