We were fine with the happy ending to dog days BUT NOW they made a another movie and rodrick doesn’t even look intimidating he just looks like lil tay and the dad was funny but in this movie he doesn’t even do jokes or anything he just makes you yawn but the mom is ok Greg just looks like a 6 year old kid they just grabbed from an orphanage and rally looks meh

Why couldn’t they just continue the story with Greg going to high school, they could’ve done that with the old cast or even actors that actually act and look similar to the old cast, they could’ve taken ideas from the Long Haul book and combine it with things like how Greg is having to learn to grow up and appreciate things you didn’t when you were younger like going on a road trip which some kids/teens can’t deal with if any of that makes sense
