Go Central on real PS3 - Guide and Setup

For the hardware homies
I originally had an insanely rocky experience getting Go Central installed and running on my modded PS3. There really isn't a guide on getting this working on PS3 hardware so I went ahead and made this once I got everything working myself. My goal is to at least make 1 person not have to go through the trial & error I had to. Good luck, and have fun rocking!
