@@tm_eclipse8503 Absolutely agree with consistent uploads, that’s definitely key. Original ideas I’m sure does help but is not as key, of course decent quality content that’s also exciting enough to watch is another key thing to include, whether it’s a quality set of thrash and kickdowns, interesting/utterly hellfire vehicles or beautiful scenic views. Rare catches and brand new buses will help too Would you agree in saying that it’s not just audio and video quality that needs to be good but also the title and thumbnails need to be catchy enough to draw attention, so people are inclined to click?

@@ChilternTransportProductions I think both title and thumbnails matter for views but I think it's more efficient when both a title and a thumbnail are used since that would be more likely to draw people in

@@tm_eclipse8503 Maybe so although not everyone agrees in using exterior pictures of buses for thumbnails or even any text whatsoever in the thumbnail, that’s why I hate it when people do exterior photos even if it looks better. Even you thought just the interior of the bus would do fine for this video so people get an idea of what to expect initially, since it’s a snippet from the actual video sort of thing. Which is the approach I’ve always used and likely always will even if sometimes it’s hard to make it look good due to lighting issues I’m not sure how influential the thumbnails really are for views, subs and ratings. It probably does play a part but not as much as people think. The main thing I would definitely say is the title itself so you see what kind of vehicle it is and also what the main thing about the journey is eg loud tuneful ZF or kickdowns and thrash, pair it up with a Scania Solar or Transbus style E300 (T300 to me). If it’s a decent type of vehicle, that alone does it for me but if it’s got a notable feature or it’s getting properly planted, that’ll do it even more! Sometimes the route it’s on also does, it honestly depends on each video! Different story of course if it’s a Windscreen View, just select a thumbnail with a view out the road that looks remotely half decent and not too dark inside 🤣
