Yeah it’s sad , I’ve been having a win streak using it, it actually takes effort to do unlike the sanctafire lock , edit: what I’m try to say is that it has a lot of outs and can be easily stopped by just negating the swap effect while sanctafire can’t be responded to in branded and can be very easily splash in other decks because of verte. Sanctafire is the new firewall not being banned because wow lore and they will hit every self floodgate instead of it

It’s still legal in TCG, the thing that killed the deck was Isolde ban. She’s the better hit since she’s generic and one of the many responsible for degenerate strategies.

yea, cause its a 2 card lock, tenpai is stoped by the 50 different cards that stop the battle phase

I try Acid Golem in Goblin deck. This is good because Goblin can clear Acid's XYZ materials and prevent it from attacking or crashing. This is real 1-card combo (any 2 lv. 3) for full combo Acid Lock. Goblin also have Troika Griare, they can direct attack even if Acid is on the field.

I don't know why but I prefer mixing mikanko with kaiju + lava golem. It feels so much fun seeing opponent card got tributed. 😂

People using Gen and Ken for this, while I waited a long time for them to play them in Dogmatika so I can have Triple Tac, both Matrix searches and an extra deck monster both in deck and grave. Definitely not the most efficient usage of these 2 but challenging people to play without most of their extra deck in modern Yu-Gi-Oh is quite the experience irl.

tenpai play darkhole and droplet, so they are not completely lock out of the game with this setup
