Yea, but it's kinda both and even more. most voice lines relate to Kamen Rider, but few also to some of the sentai seasons. and the skin is named Sentai. Genji has the scarf and antenas of Kamen, but overall looks alot more like sentai. But... Power Rangers is alot more known and contains alot of Sentai footage(maybe about 90% for the very old seasons), so i guess that's the reason everyone will say Power Ranger Genji and make the videos based off it.
