I have to laugh. This shows what happens when you're weak minded. The Colonel believes in the Army and it's regulations are perfect. Instead of standing up to the Colonel, the poor Sergeant is victimized cause the Colonel does not listen to advice. The Indians aren't dumb, never were. They don't bother the Army, the Army bothers them.
