When "THE UNDERDOG SHOW" moved from NBC to CBS in the fall of 1966, Fred Silverman, CBS' executive in charge of Satuday morning programming, asked TTV to create new supporting cartoons to replace previous repeats of "The Hunter" and "Tooter and Mr. Wizard". So they came up with "Go-Go Gophers" and "Klondike Kat".

The General could also send the messages in person or send someone to tell the Colonel. Granted they didn't knew how the Colonel got the wrong orders, but you would think that after two failed attempts already, the General would try another way to give his message to the Colonel.
