This is killin me!!! This is my favorite all-time Go-Go/Junkyard jam!!! Love me some Chuck and Trouble Funk too (so don't hate!). But I remember DJ Kool..that's right DJ Kool mixing this song for about a 30 minute set at the Room(just brought back some memories 4 a few real GoGo soldiers)! He had the lights flashing to every horn blast! Remember it like it was yesterday (we all know it wasn't...lol). You Can Dance was so hot DJ's had to play it every 20/30 minutes or got stepped to! hahaha

Go Go Lorenzo used to come to my Friday Night parties in Silver Spring MD. back in 1978 - 1980. He used to come with that crew from Uptown! George, Jamie, Catfish, Eric..them duded from 15 St. (they all grown now). Lorenzo and my boy Catfish were tight. I wonder how he's doing and if he even remember me. He's been over my crib a couple of times. He was a cool brother. I saw him on "Go Go Live A the Cap center" and was like WOW!!

Go Go Lorenzo is truly a legendary Go Go pioneer. I remember when I used to see him and the Pet Boys Band perform at the Black Hole and the old WUST Music Hall. He was a cool brother he will be missed. His reminded me alot of John Cabalou with his talking skills. R.I.P. brother.
